Since his child­hood, which he spent in Leipzig, he de­voted him­self to the pas­sion of paint­ing. Since 1988 he has worked with a vari­ety of dif­fer­ent tech­niques (oil, ac­ryl­ic, wa­ter­col­or and pas­tel­lum). In his col­lab­or­a­tion with the Galer­ie-Ateli­er Nord from 2005-2017 a series of Leipzig-Views arose.

Since the be­gin­ning of 2017, he has his own gal­lery at Tor­gauer Platz in Leipzig, where he can present both his works and his pic­tures to in­ter­ested vis­it­ors. His cur­rent artist­ic style is at­trib­utet to fant­ast­ic real­ism.
